Failure to Join a Tournament Due to Technical Fault:If you successfully
paid an entry fee to join a tournament, but you were unable to participate
due to technical faults on the Safari Rummy platform (e.g., server
downtime, connectivity issues), the entry fee will be refunded to your
wallet.
3. Refunds for Deductions Due to Technical Errors

In case of any deductions from your balance caused by a technical error,
such as system malfunctions, server issues, or any unexpected
interruption of services, the deducted amount will be refunded to your
wallet.
4. Bonus Adjustments

If a bonus is incorrectly applied to your account due to a technical error or
system malfunction, the bonus may be deducted or adjusted
accordingly . Bonus amounts are not refundable once used for playing or
withdrawn.
5. Refund Process

Any refunds (whether for tournament entry fees or deductions due to
errors) will be credited directly to your Safari Rummy wallet and will be
available for use on the platform. Refund requests will be processed as
quickly as possible, but please allow up to 7 business days for
processing, depending on the nature of the issue.
6. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be issued if a player voluntarily forfeits or chooses not to
participate in a tournament after successfully joining.
- Refunds will also not be issued for any winnings that have already been
withdrawn or used, except in the case of a technical error that prevents
